very small yard for a duplex. If possible we would like the entire front yard cut to include the small strip that is left on our neighbors side (it just looks silly when just that small area isn't cut) and then our tiny back yard as well.

We have a pergola in the backyard, a little pathway to it and a small brick area in the middle of it. The gate has a padlock on it, but we will text you the code for easy access. We park in the garage, so please let us know if you'll be parking in the driveway :)
