I have St Augustine grass and it shouldn't be cut too short. To 5 inches max. Backyard is accessible via gate large enough for rider, but the area is sloped and best served by push mower.

Mostly weeds not much grass needs cleaned around A/c and back patio

Please make sure that the strip of grass on the other side of the fence, overlooking the pond, gets mowed too. Also please be careful when trimming the edges and mowing close to the PVC fence as others have either scraped or chipped pieces of it in some places.

Please cut on your mower's *highest setting*. When edging/ weed whacking, please try to clear areas around sprinkler heads. Do *not* mow, weed-wack or edge the bed near the mailbox.

The lawn area is very small. But we need some additional work done with weeds and leaves.

We would like bi-weekly to keep the yard manageable. Would like the quoted $25 rate. If you are charging $27 I would need to have the leaves raked consistently as well.
