We didn’t take care of it for almost 2 months

This is a rental property. I would like the grass cut, the areas along the fence and the house weed wacked and the edges along the hard surfaces, ex. driveway and sidewalk edged.

The grass is high. My cousin became ill and was hospitalized and then sent to rehab and on to an ALF. I need to get it cleaned up as the neighbors are complaining. If the job is done well I will hire you to take care of it every 2 weeks.
