Lack of communication, they haven’t been out to my property in three weeks. My grass is overgrown, I started to receive a letter from the HOA. I reached out to confirm the reason why nobody has come out, he told me somebody was injured, but then he tells me somebody’s coming out the same day to get it cut. Nobody ever showed up. I reach out to get an update to see what’s happening. I get no response. They read my text messages, but nobody responds to me. I was scheduled to have my grass cut today and out of nowhere without letting me, I see that my appointment was rescheduled for the upcoming Saturday again. They tell me they’re coming out, nobody comes out. Nobody responds to me and they reschedule my appointments and lie just to tell me what I want to hear. Very unprofessional communication is not there. Good Luck

My yard was not completed. I received the text with a different house in the picture. I've just returned from being out of town.

Everything started off good. But I’m not sure what happened. They started using a different gate to enter my backyard they ripped my water hose attachment hanger that was on my wall off left my hose all in shambles and tangled. They don’t weed a certain areas around the perimeter, which I just am baffled about and I don’t feel like these are things that I need to continue to text about and then hear that I will text him and let him know. It just seems like it’s getting worse and they’re also destroying my vinyl white fence Door which I paid $**** for and they’re just mowing right through without opening the door properly and they also ran over one of my downspouts for my gutters which downspouts are $350 so I am done with this company
