How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

Prior to starting my own business, I spent years in customer service. The work itself it pretty straightforward, so I feel like what truly makes a difference is how you handle your relationship with your clients. Transparency, prompt responses via email/text, and honest communication go a long way. And that’s what I try to implement. I don’t ask clients for reviews & you won’t see any posted. You either are happy & call back, or you don’t. If I’m asked to do something I don’t feel competent or comfortable doing, I will refer you to someone else. I don’t yes people to death in the hopes of making an extra dollar.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

I grew up on a farm in the mountains of NC, so I’ve been doing this work essentially my whole life.
