Was told for 3 days I was on the schedule. No showed day of appointment and text me at 6 saying truck broke down. Very poor customer service. I’m in the home service industry As well and this is just bad business practice. Upon looking up the company I found a bbb complaint that they were performing services they are not licensed to do. Trust me, go elsewhere for your lawn care needs.
