We are focused on service and attention to details. If you take mowing for example, anyone can mow. However, making a lawn look clean, with great stripes and clean edging is an art. Also, most companies just throw you on the schedule and forget about you, but we make it a point to contact you before every service when we are coming. We understand that your lawn is our reputation.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Price is only one aspect of hiring a company. It’s easy to go with the cheapest guy, but are they insured? Are they in uniforms or cut off sleeves with a cigarette hanging out of their mouth? Do they offer a no questions asked money back guarantee? Do they require contracts? Can they show the quality of their work? Do they have proof of background checks (these are people that have access to your backyard). So I would just say to balance price with answers to these questions to get the best person for you.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I love people’s reaction when they see quality work. It feels great that we delivered above and beyond your expectations.
