Part of my grass was not cut
I appreciate you coming out to mow my lawn during a storm. I would like for my yard to be weed whacked as well and it wasn't in some spots.

Well, it's taken me a cple days to decide if I wanted to provide a review, but thought as a company owner, you may want to know/think about some of these things; your worker definitely showed up to perform the service I asked for, so maybe you think I shouldn't "complain", but here's some food for thought; upon his arrival, he never knocked on the door to introduce himself or review the service I wanted or HOW I wanted it performed. My car was in the driveway, and although I noticed there was no bagger on the mower, I really didn't think much pf it until I noticed the cut grass ALL OVER MY CARE!! He did "blow" most of it off, but trust me when I tell you, my electric blower has WAY more power than what he used! When he left, my car was still covered in grass shrapnel! Because he didn't knock on my door and ask me to move my car OR review exactly what I was looking to have completed, is why I am only rating this an "ok". I thought the texting conversation was with Rey himself and I planned on paying in cash....but the worker came - performed the mow, did a little edging, and left. So.....would I hire you again?.....probably not unless I REALLY needed a service. I don't think I fully got what my $60 paid for...and what I mean by that is, although he missed a strip w/ the mower, there was a little more edging I would have preferred to been performed, but he never knocked to announce his arrival, introduce himself, review the job, and never asked me to move my car (knowing there was no bagger on the mower). I don't mean any of this with any disrespect, just honesty. Thank you, and good luck! ✌☮
