Dustin was very responsive and came the next day, but unfortunately he was unable to mow my lawn. He does not do any push mowing and our yard is on two levels and he could not get his equipment into the backyard. I wish he had at least done my front lawn, but I understand his position. He suggested I update my profile to indicate the two levels, but when I went to do that I had already specified that. I hope someone else has better luck, but now I'm left starting all over.
