Customer Service is great!! However prices are extremely high compared to the company’s I have used in the past. My normal guy from the company I usually use went out of town so I was referred to GreenPal but what I paid just to cut my front and back of home is what I pay another company every to weeks to do front and back grass cut, large shrub care with deluxe bed care, fertilizing, weeding, etc Price quoted at the beginning isn’t the price you actually pay.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
This is our first year in business and things are looking great. Of course it is our desire to grow like and become one of the best Lawn Care Services in the Atlanta area. Personally i enjoy correcting things that tend to get out of order and with the weather in Atlanta it's easy for lawns to become overgrown and get out of order within a few days. There's satisfaction in looking at a well manicured lawn that you have just created. Each opportunity provides the chance to get better and better.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
We are very detailed oriented. It's the small things that makes the big difference. We give each client what they have requested. No high pressure, no sales pitch, just straight forward service.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
The main thing I like about this industry is that it gives you the opportunity to be very creative. Sometimes the hours are long and the days are hot, but at the end of the day, it's all worth it. There is satisfaction in knowing that the lawn was manicured and the customer was pleased.
