John mowed my lawn 3 times and then failed to show up for the next scheduled appointment. I messaged him 3 times and he failed to reply. He is now a week late and has not responded to my inquiry. It is based on this that I can't recommend his services to others. I understand having a scheduling conflict but a failure to communicate for a week is poor customer service.

The one thing I like most about lawn care is the before and after lawn care service. I take proud of the work.
