How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have been cutting grass since I was 10 years old. I got my first client when I was 12 and later worked for a landscaping company through college where I learned hardscaping and how to build retaining walls. My wife Kelly has recently joined the team and has been loving it!
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I specialize in small mower cutting, edging, trimming, and blowing. I can cut the yards that the big commercial mowers can't get to. Also being a smaller company and just working on the side gives me flexibility that other larger businesses don't have.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Look over their reviews and their on-time percentage. Make sure its someone you can trust to do a good job without being supervised.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I love the meditative quality of cutting grass. I have always felt relaxed and at ease cutting grass. I'm not sure what it is, but its just fun to me. I like making yards look good and I have always edged and trimmed even when customers said they didn't want it done. It just looks nicer all trimmed and edged.
