How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I'm a recent graduate from Michigan State University. I started working for another local landscape company during my sophomore year and continued working there while in school. After graduation I decided to start my own landscaping company as a side job while using my degree in another sector. The services we offer at the moment are lawn cutting, trimming, and edging. We would like to add on additional services as we grow and learn. The hope is to turn our company, Outdoor Assistance, into a sustainable full service landscaping business with a focus on great customer service, quality of work, and providing our clients with knowledge and expertise that is expected from a professional company.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Aside from performing quality work, keeping our clients happy is our number one goal. We promise to be polite and respectful whenever on site and during communication with our clients. You are the most important aspect to our business!
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Be open in your communication. If you have any special requests, comments, or concerns please feel free to let us know.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
We enjoy working outside and physical labor. Sunshine and sweat equity keep you healthy!
What areas do you mainly service?
We service from Plymouth-Canton all the way out to the Irish Hills area.
