I give this vendor a zero!!! I did not cancel this appointment, the vendor did after he received money from me via cashapp!!! He cut my yard with a weed eater and did nothing else in my yard. He stated he was going to cut my yard, edge it, as well as weed and feed my yard, he did none of those things. He took the money and now will not return any of my correspondence requesting my money back. I've learned a hard lesson with this vendor and I've used Green Pal for more than 4 years and this is the first incident where I feel like I've been scammed.
