Mts Mowing

I have a fussy neighbor. I require 2 things from the person mowing: Never blow debris into the neighbor's yard and never drive the lawnmower on the neighbor's yard. Also, any day is fine for mowing, it doesn't have to be a Friday.

Not sure the exact size but the lawn in front and back is pretty small I'd say.

I have a partially fenced in chain link yard. The back has weeds that are like 4ft tall. The yard is in terrible shape just need it mowed and weeds cut.

Fence gate size about 4 ft wide. Back yard is uneven and sloping, has rocky areas along fence. East side of yard is uneven and a bit rocky. Yard has no trees or shrubs (Google image is out of date).

Fenced in. Need the side yard and front yard by the road done in addition to the backyard. Really overgrown, and we will need another service after this one (a bigger one with shrub pruning and weeding and such later in July!)

There’s not much in my yard. Maybe some sticks and twigs from the tree in the backyard and the part that’s on the side of the garage isn’t all my yard, but the neighbor won’t cut it.
