Won't ever us Shawn again. Scheduled him to do my lawn on March 27th and he mowed another yard by accident. When I reached out to him by text I didn't get a response back so I reached out to greenpal with a service issue. On the 29th I spoke with Shawn on the phone and told him what the issue was and was told he would comeback and he asked me to text him my address and I even texted the make, model and color of one of my cars so he would know he was at the right house and I haven't heard from him since. It's now the 31st and my yard still hasn't been cut. I wasn't mad or upset about it at first as my house and the house he mowed getting mixed up regularly so instead of canceling service all I wanted was for him to come out and mow my yard but that hasn't happened.
