This Pro's Story
I have recently relocated to Houston from Killeen, TX bringing my lawn care and landscaping services. My services include mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing, and shrub & tree trimming. I’m new to GreenPal, but I have been in business for 14 years and have provided lawn maintenance to over 1000 yards in the Central Texas area over the years. I have provided my service for residential and commercial properties, as well as maintaining foreclosures, which I will also still be doing in the Houston area. I felt it was time to expand my business and have brought my services and experience to the Houston area. I look forward to doing business for all of my new customers and look forward to the opportunity to grow my business one satisfied customer at a time.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have been in business for 14 years. I started in Central Texas covering Killeen, Temple, Waco, & Austin. I have also been a property preservation specialist for 14 years, maintaining foreclosures for every major mortgage company, such as Wells Fargo, Citi, Chase, and Bank of America, specializing in lawn maintenance, landscaping, & handyman work. After completing my military service, as an Army Infantryman, I began cutting several yards for my friends. They were amazed by the quality of work I provided for them and word quickly spread about the services I offered. Before I knew it, the texts and phone calls from new customers were coming in abundance. At that point, I realized that I should turn my lawn care and landscaping service into a full-fledge business. I’m grateful to all of my customers who have helped me stay in business for all these years and blessed to have found my niche.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I provide quality work at an affordable price. I strive to ensure that your yard will be the best looking yard on the street, once I’ve completed my lawn care services. Great communication, customer service, & time management skills to ensure that work is completed as scheduled.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
My advice for customers would be to schedule lawn maintenance on a bi-weekly schedule to ensure that their yard always looks its best and never gets out of hand. Also, before scheduling a grass cut, I suggest that my customers try their best to keep the yard tidy and free of debris and trash to ensure the best quality cut.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
My favorite thing about this industry are my satisfied customers. It always makes me feel good when they compliment my work by giving great reviews and tips are even better. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
