We are a local business so, there is room to park in the street or on the East side of the building. The weekly service must include: cutting grass, weed eating, edging and blowing grass off of parking areas.

Wood fenced back yard, with gate that will be left unlocked prior to the arrival of lawn service. Small rental property with a small front yard to match.

Yard itself isn't very big, not sure on dimensions. some in front of my place and a fenced in back yard. the back yard is the biggest problem right now, but once it's taken care of once, it should be pretty easy as well. There are actually a few houses here, mine is Ste B and it has a red roof.

It is a corner lot with a duplex. There is a area north of the driveway to mow but there is no back yard. We would like the driveway to have any grass grown up in the cracks mowed or weedeated down.
