I received a "photo" (it was blank) and a message that my mowing was completed and that I would be charged the next day. NO MOWING WAS COMPLETED on the assigned day or ever. Two texts to the vendor went completely unanswered.

My lawn WAS NOT MOWN!!! I got back into town today and the grass is uncut and not edged!! I expect a full refund.

This guys didn't move ny yard at all send me a email that tbe job was complete and when I got home my yard had to been cut at all I text him sendt pic it's now the next day I haven't recieved any word from him not even a text my card is on file with this company trying to get a response from them seems impossible. No service no pay why would you send a customer a email you completed work and nothing has been done I'm really upset at this company I sent use them again I just want them not to debt my account

Mike did not respond to any messages regarding the service. He took the automatic draft the company set up, did not preform any service and would not coordinate with me at all to preform the service or return my money. The company also could not help me at all to refund my money or even coordinate with the contractor. Never use this service until these issues are resolved and they correct it.

Never responded to any text messages ( I sent 3 over multiple days) never showed up to mow the yard, sent the ‘after’ picture as just a black picture that showed nothing, still tried to claim the work was done and have my credit card charged. There was zero communication that he ‘cancelled’ the appointment when I disputed the fact that the work was not done, from either him or GreenPal. I had to pick at least 1 star, I would have picked none if it was an option.

They never showed to provide service. Not sure why they said they provided the service to begin with. I sent the dispute back and no response. I have pictures. Also tried calling the vendor and he didn’t answer. Left a voicemail and also sent a text. Please provide a refund.

As of 6/17 no work was performed and no communication from him. Have not been there today to see if work has been done.
