Mark cancelled my service at the last moment. He said he would come out today, but didn't do it. He lied and said his customer canceled when I didn't!. He tried to get me to pay him through Cash App, or Venmo because he said GreenPal charges 10 plus dollars in fees. Greenpal needs to be aware of this. He uses your platform to get the clients and later begs them to pay him separately. His yard work is distasteful and sloppy. Not professional at all.
