This guy was !!!! I scheduled my appointment and tried to reach him over and over and OVER AGAIN. No responses what so ever!!!!! My appointment time came and he “no call no showed” me!!!! I kept messaging him and even called. NOTHING. I received a ticket for my grass the very next day!!!!! I kept messaging him to no avail. Days later and still NOTHING!!! So I tried to reach Greenpal and their customer service SUCKS TOO!!! A computer response was generated to my email because of course their number can’t be found!!!! And now they are saying I can cancel the appointment with this guy (which I did) but can’t get another quote because you can only get two quotes per year!!!!!! Thanks to this hole, I have more issues piled up than just grass!!

I’m a Virginia Beach local, born and raised. Went to First Colonial High School and graduated from Princess Anne in 2006. My main focus is ensuring that my customers are 100% satisfied with their service and that they are not being charged for services they don’t need. I live in the Kings Grant area of Virginia Beach but I service all of Chesapeake, Norfolk, as well as Virginia Beach. Whatever your lawn care needs are, from growing to trimming to clean ups, I can get the job done.

Detail-oriented with a neat and clean presentation.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
I go with a 3 strike rule. Give your provider all the important expectations and should you find anything that did not meet your expectations the first time, let the provider know and by the 3rd service if you’re expectations are not being met, then I’d look for a different provider.
