I’ve only been in this business for about two years, but that I’m now way means I’m not capable of doing just as good of a job as the seasoned guys. I was inspired to do this type of work because at my core I love any kind of work that is customer satisfaction focused. I’ve been working closely with the public for over 15 years, and after all of that time, I know what people want. People want to be heard, their needs to be met, and I have perfectly mastered doing just that. I love what I do, and it’s not a job if you love what you do.

I feel most companies/ individuals have lost what it means to truly value their customers, and how to express that to them through doing a thorough job. Customers aren’t just numbers to us here at Lawn Palace. We are a customer centric small business, we strive to build lasting relationships with our customers. and it’s important to show them they are valued. You won’t get that genuine care anywhere else, and I’ve experienced that first hand.

My advice would be to hire someone who makes you feel heard. No one is perfect. We all make mistakes. However, you should want to hire someone who puts their best effort forth to ensure 100% satisfaction the first time around, and if there’s any accidental hiccups, you should want a company who will do whatever it takes to right those mistakes and ensure they don’t repeat. As a consumer myself, as everyone is, I’ve felt the cold shoulder of uncaring companies making their shortcomings your fault. That’s not right, and I’ll never run my business that way.

What I love most about this industry is being self sufficient, customer focused, and being outside to enjoy this work I love to do!
