How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

My Dad Bless his soul. 7th grade, early dismissal. My two old brothers and I would go to work, Landscaping, Topping trees (my specialty) Moving, Mowing, Hauling etc The little Nickel Ad read will do anything anytime. and we did.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

#1 IT'S OUTSIDE #2 I don't have an employer who thinks he can motivate through fear and threats. With every task it's not necessary to have a warning disclaimer and threaten your own vendors hard-earned pay which was usually quite a bit less than they should have charged for the job because their services were auctioned off with virtually little to no information of the job they were bidding on. I.E. no house number of the client. No phone number or communication with the client. No information or support from GreenPal on how long it's been since their yard was serviced if they have dogs is there a bunch of obstacles in the yard and is it in ready to mow condition. and then get rushed hurry up and give a bid in 5 minutes or be tard and feathered or flogged by the green pal God. or follow the green pal advice. "You should bid it for 5 to $10 just to get the ball rolling". I spent 3 hours yesterday on a $50 job. Maybe I missed the bid on that one ya think. The one I did yesterday they've never mowed it and there's two big dogs in the back I picked up 50 lb of dog poop before I could even mow and that was after it was clean supposedly but no sweat off green pals back and then the second I don't get a picture taken I'm threatened that I'm not going to get paid and my account will be permanently shut down well that's that's a customer service for you and you can't get a hold of them to get any support and then you recommend that we lie and say oh I've got three more jobs in that area I really appreciate the opportunity why don't you let us talk to the customers and bid l appropriately so people can actually go and view or talk to the customer and find out what in fact they're up against should I just quit right in the middle I'm not doing this job for 50 bucks then I'll get a bad review and you guys can critique me on how bad my review is it's a joke no wonder you have 66 better Business bureau complaints nine of which are resolved and there's no vendor support and I think your doctoring the reviews up anyways wouldn't surprise me with all the other deceitful practices that your company is participating in count me out I don't want to be any part of it. NEVER I surely don't see you'll have any success in the long run with the way that you treat people but that's just my opinion oh and all the other attorney general complaints that you guys are not dealing with there's my two cents and well the only reason I'm posting it here is because you won't respond any of my other questions You can't even become a member in your Facebook support group without being interrogated or vetted why don't you work on the 66 better Business bureau complaints that you haven't resolved You need to work on your business model
