I live in a security guarded gated community, I have a small gate but the door will be unlocked. I would like for the grass to be edged neatly, grass cut at a healthy height, not too low. Any trimmings can be bagged and left on property for haul off.

key for gate will be in lock box; however, working on entry wood gate for future lawn care; raise mower due to sprinkler heads, do not scalp; please watch phone/cable wires right above foundation; front moved on sunday; rear lawn has not be in 3wks

Gate is hard to open and close but i will make sure it is open and push hard to close it.
