Building is quadplex with tiny yard. Must mow around entire building.

The first initial service will need mowing, weed removal, and leaf removal

I would like it to be mowed, edged, and weeds removed, as well as removing weeds to get plants ready for the front flower bed only

The mowing consist of the front of the and to the right of the house to the tree stump.

One gate entrance on the left. A thirty inch mower will fit through. Just cut the front and back. Stay away from A/C unit.

Gated manufactured home community. No fences around my home's property.

There is a rod iron gate in our driveway. The button to open is on the inside of the fence on the side of the control panel. You can easily reach in and press the button to work the backyard. There is also a staircase in the back that leads to the lawn.

Just need the front yard cut this first time!
