Everett was a nice guy until he lost his temper. Then, he threatened me and SCREAMED at me over the phone that I “don’t know who I’m messing with” and I better pay him or else. He threatened to send his uncle cop after me and several other obscene threats which should not be mentioned here. He called back to back multiple times harassing me, once during a family funeral (which really upset me) and later the same day at 11pm called repeatedly 4 times in a row. Weird right? Why would a professional do that? This arose because we agreed to some work to get done, but the job was not completed properly. He demanded to get paid, in full, anyway. (That’s when the threats happened) The following day I explained his breach of contract and encouraged him to please send his lawyer the case. Then, after reconsidering, he adjusted his invoice down for the work not completed, and was paid in full. The incident has been fully documented and I’m likely filing a police report as well. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and when contacted, GreenPal chose to wash their hands of it completely as they only help facilitate transactions. :-/

I’m glad you landed here, I’ve been in landscaping/lawncare for over 10 years. Started working for my father for awhile then in 2017 I took over the company after his passing. Although I had lived out of state at the time I found a way to make it work. This season I decided to move back to the Hampton Roads area to really focus & expand. We at The Greener Choice really take pride in our client relationships and our 5-star work. We currently service over 30+ Residential properties and 3 Commercial properties. How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
Over 10+ Years My father inspired me to love yard work, and over his passing plus my true love for it, I must continue to thrive.
