Kris did a great job mowing! His service and work was excellent! During the mow & edge, my fiancé & I were working inside out of our home. We heard something hit against our new built home. After the mow, we walked the property and noticed that on the side where we heard something hit, there was small damage done to our siding. We contacted GreenPal right away and they told us to inform Kris when he contacts us. When Kris contacts me, I explain what had happened. We have never had any previous lawn service, so we wanted to move forward with Kris in the future. The damage wasn’t a big deal, but we wanted it fixed. We still would have move forward with Kris for all future service because he did do a great job! However, there was no type of accountability. There wasn’t an apology or even “maybe i made a mistake”. Instead, Kris tells me how much experience he has and that he would never make a mistake. I guess Kris isn’t human, and he’s perfect. What Kris failed to realize, is that I’m also apart of the Green industry and Hort industry. He didn’t know whose yard he was cutting. Due to his lack of accountability, and acknowledgment that maybe he did make a mistake, we will not move forward with his service. Great guy, great potential, but end service wasn’t premium as we thought of him before.
Above and beyond! Great job as usual.
