Needing your Lawn Cut?
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I've been doing landscaping for years but I officially opened up my business (Kat's Trades LLC) this year, which has been exciting! I love making things look presentable and putting work into something that others can enjoy.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I go the extra mile. Some company's just show up to do their job and try talking to their customers as little as possible. I want to get to know my customers so I can better understand how they like things done so I know I'm going above and beyond their expectations. Plus I don't mind helping out. Example: One day I show up at a client's house to cut their grass. I notice that their is a few large limbs in the yard. Usually I'll put them in my truck and dispose of them for you even though it's not in my work order. Other company's would either leave them there or charge you more for the disposal service.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
The only advice that I have is if you hire a provider like me, tell me upfront what you don't like and what you do. The last thing I want to do is upset on of my customers. Also if one of my members shows up to take care of a job or even if I do and we mess something up, don't just give up on us. Mistakes happen every now and then with everyone, were all human. I guarantee if it ever happens my team will fix. Customer satisfaction guaranteed!
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
The thing I love most is the people I get to meet. Everyone is just unique in their own way and being able to meet different people and being able to see someone else's perspective on things is always great. I've learned so much from my customers and I'm sure they can say the same thing about me.
What areas do you mainly service?
Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. Avon, Plainfield, Greenwood, Beech Groove, Speedway, Carmel, and many more.
