This Pro's Story
I predominately work in property management. A large chuck of that industry involves maintaining the yards from getting out of hand. I always liked the part where I got to get on the mower. I shadowed who I would consider to be some of the best guys to learn from. Their attention to detail really stuck out to me and over time, I think I can hang with them, and the rest.
I managed restaurants for some time as well for a career. Customer service has always been an area I feel extremely natural at. Putting smiles on faces and even having a strong and genuine connection with customers will be as important asking getting your yard to fill potential. Give me a shot and you will not be let down.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I recently joined the family business maintaining bank owned foreclosures. Keeping grass down is a huge part of this job through the season. I just enjoyed cutting the yards and walking away feeling accomplished.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
The attention to detail will stand out. The time I take to engage the customer and figure out exactly how they want something. I will always be in a good mood while on the mower. Does not matter how cold or rainy it gets, I will always have a smile!
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Take a shot with me. You won't be let down. I will hold myself accountable with the rare occurrence of an error.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Cutting grass is a quick way to make someone happy. Easy, if you can do it right. I have always been a people person as I managed restaurants for a long time. Communication, honesty, and integrity are my core values.
