I was quoted $40. I was called from property and told it would be $60, because it was more than they expected. I don't understand, since they knew it was a 12,000+ sf property, and more than half of it is covered by buildings and paved areas.

Julio, is a terrible lawn mower? He does does a bat job and a bait, when you put property on GreenPal, he will give you lowest bid like $30 and when he gets to your property he will be requesting $250 to mow just ordinary lawn, he doesn’t honor price agreed on GreenPal…don’t waist your time, do not hire this guy, he’s a scammer and uses price bait
