This Pro's Story
my name is Jared. I’m The owner ofJR home and property management. I was a union electrician for 13 years and a few years ago I broke off and made this company. We do all Home stuff, plumbing electrical fixing things here and there as well as landscaping.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I’ve been doing landscaping every summer for my whole life since I was 14 years old so I’ve been doing it for about 20 years
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
it stands out because I take a lot of pride in my work being a foreman and union electrician for many years. I do very neat work. I don’t cut corners. I weed whack. I go over the lawn twice usually to make sure every blade is cut and then I also weed whack the edges any areas near walkways or driveways then I blow the whole yard off with the blower
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Any advice that you would have for Customer Would be just to not rule out a quote because it’s a little high sometimes the companies that have a quote that’s a little bit higher is because they do much more prideful and skills work. Not that My price is gonna be the highest. I usually am on the lower end because landscaping is not my main source of income company the electrical jobs bringing in around 25% more than landscaping jobs.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
The most I like about the industry is being an owner and being able to see that Happy customer at the end of the job. There’s nothing that makes me more happy than to see someone elated about the work that we did for them.
What areas do you mainly service?
I mainly service the North Shore I like my Rebecca area around Wilmington and over North Reading Burlington, Lowell Tbury
