The service was fine at first until recently when my appointments were canceled. I wait patiently for my next appointment, then it was cancelled. I have now gone 3 without my grass cut. There's been no communication from Blake or any of his team as to why the grass has not been. So use caution when hiring this lawn service!

Jones Landscaping & Excavation started in 2014 in London, KY. Serving residential and commercial clients for 3 great seasons! We relocated to New Albany, IN last summer and decided to kickoff our services here! “I love the landscaping industry because it offers you the ability to make an impact in your neighborhood by improving home appearance and value! The sense of pride and accomplish I get out of helping a home owner accomplish their outdoor living goals is second to none! How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
For over 4 years, I have been providing landscaping & lawn care services along with other outdoor services like pressure washing, outdoor lighting, and excavation.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
We do not have multiple “Crews” serving our clients. We are a 2 man team, this offers us the ability to be more personal and ensure we accomplish what the client wants to accomplish!
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Ensure the contractor you hire offers what you need! A lot of people mow grass and trim trees but few of them are avaible to answer your questions, set goals with you, and ensure personally those goals are met for you.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
The ability to meet great people and work with them to enhance their outdoor living space and improve the neighborhoods in my area.
