Never cut my grass after being rescheduled 3 times. Sent me a picture of someone else's yard and then I was charged. My yard is still not mowed. Joel is very unprofessional.
Joel, took a picture of my front lawn and tried to charge me when in fact my bored neighbor did it. Not only is Joel trying to charge me but he also did not call, text or even knocked on the door with any confusion he may have had. He also clearly did not check my backyard because it needs to be cut. This is very unprofessional.
