This Pro's Story
I am a retired U. S. Navy veteran chasing the dream of small business ownership. My prior military days have been spent working in the oil and gas industry as a rotating equipment specialist, working specifically on centrifugal pumps. I have built a very strong work ethic I have developed and it is the driving force behind building this business.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have been in the lawn care business for about 5 years. I started this business after I retired from the general work force as a way to pass it on to my children.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
As a retired U.S. Navy Veteran, I am extremely mission focused and take customer satisfaction very serious.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Make sure you understand exactly what service you are getting, the price you are expecting to pay, and last, be very aware of add-ons. At J & K Stall and Lawn, we are very transparent with pricing and service, and we won't start ny job until you fully agree with what we are going to do, how we are goin to do it, and the price you will pay when the work is done.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Meeting new and interesting people and helping them solve their lawn care problems.
What areas do you mainly service?
Currently, we service the La Porte,. Deer park, Pasadena, Seabrook, Kemah, Clear Lake, Webster, and South Houston areas.
