How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I started as a kid mowing for families around town and later took on the church and cemetery grounds. For years I mowed only for myself and some others and when life got busy I even hired a lawn care professional to take care of my lawn, but I wasn't satisfied with their level of care. In 2019 I decided I needed to make a change for myself and my family. I started mowing for others on the side and fell in love again.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
With years experience as a provider and as a customer, I understand some of the things not only important to customers, but those which highly frustrate customers also. I make every attempt through my customer service and technology to manage my services and communication to help customers know what's happening with their lawn service.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
If your only criteria is price, Iowa Lawn Pro is probably not for you and there are lots of other providers out there. If you're also looking for customer service, communication, and attention to detail, then we think you'll see the value Iowa Lawn Pro brings to the lawn industry!
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
As a detail oriented professional, I enjoy makings lawns the best they can look, one lawn at a time. I enjoy meeting and interacting with customers who appreciate my help.
What areas do you mainly service?
We service the entire Des Moines metro area and most of the close surrounding suburbs.
