Charged me multiple times for mowings for other houses. Initially worked with me to correct issues but last scheduled mowing he never showed and took my money for a moving done at another house. I text him for over a week trying to correct the issue once again but he never responded and left me on read.

I was charged yet again for service that was never done. I am canceling my subscription

If you continue services or want services with Hernandez Lanscape please pay with credit card only to protect yourself. I have been using greenpal for 4 years because I have bad asthma and a right knee injury, and this is the first time this have happen. Please look over the review and I will document others that it happen to in the Month of November that I located with dates. I was supposed to get my lawn cut on 11/22/**** before thanksgiving and Hernandez never showed up or texted that he was on his way. On 11/23/23 I got an email at 2:56am stating my payment was confirmed. My mom was at the house all day and I'm a police officer so I have cameras on the house and it picked up no movement and my mom stated no one came while I was at the store. I texted Hernandez Landscaping on 11/23/**** at 12:45pm and stated that I was charged for a lawn cut and it was never cut (No response or text was read). I then emailed green pal and after 8 emails I noticed that it was automatic emails. I sent pictures of my grass, the screen shots of the text message to Hernandez Landscape, and my capital one statement with the charge still pending because you have 48 hours. Green pal is no help either because My time will run out because they are not responding. On 11/24/23 at 1:00pm I then called Hernadez Lanscape and left a voicemail and stated that I being charged and my grass was not cut and that I am a law enforcement officer and I will not be doing business with him again. I got lucky because I took my bank card off because it expired in Aug **** and added My capital one who will refund and dispute charges that are not justified. I then sent Hernandez landscape a text summarizing my voicemail and stating at this time I wanted a refund and that I have cameras on the house showing grass was not cut. At 3:10pm I sent him a screen shot of me starting the dispute so he was aware and at 3:10pm it showed he read the message with no response. I really don't know what happen, but he started off good being on time and communicating well but late October and November have been horrible. Please read the review, this have happen to others and I will list the dates and people from his reviews: 1. Albert Critz, Arlington Texas, 11/24/**** (Didnt do a lawn service the last few times) 2.Russell Vo, Fort Worth, 11/23/**** (Charged card and didn't mow the right yard) 3.Breanna Johnson, Fort Worth, 11/20/**** (Charged her and didn't come out and will not respond to communication) Ashley Broda, Burleson, 11/19/**** (They stated they didn't like leaving bad reviews on small businesses and he charged her and never cut her yard and posted someone else yard and she haven't heard from him since after contacting him 3 times. 4. Crystal Collins, NorthRichland Hills, 11/9/23 (Did not Mow correct yard)

I don’t like to give small businesses a bad review but I tried contacting Ryan 3 times and get no response. They never showed up to cut my lawn and they posted someone else’s lawn to my account, which my credit card was charged for. Mistakes happen and this isn’t the first time. The first time the issue was resolved very promptly which was appreciated, However I asked for this to be fixed yesterday before I get charged and it hasn’t been this time. Now I cannot get a reply from Ryan. Very unfortunate as they did a good job the last few times they cut my lawn.
