Scheduled the cut on 4/26 for 5/1. Received a text the same day confirming the 5/1 scheduled cut. After he didn’t show up on 5/1, I texted him on 5/2. He then cancelled the cut and said he didn’t service my area. He should have let me know this on 4/26 when I scheduled the cut. Or better yet he never should have bid on it so I could have saved myself some time and scheduled someone else.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I have been in the business since 2015. When I got out of the Army I wanted something I could do on my own and hopefully make a living doing what I love.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I will do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is happy when I leave. The customer is always right!
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
I will perform all task using the core values instilled in me during my 12 years of selfless service.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Meeting new potential customers daily and talking to people to find out what their needs are.

Copiah, Hinds,Rankin county.
