After multiple failed scheduling attempts I unfortunately had to fire Grass Masters. On several occasions I reached out asking to be added to their route for the week, and again, on several occasions I was told that I would be serviced but the team never showed up or alerted me that they would not be coming until days after when I had to follow up myself. On the two instances they actually showed up they did a good job on my lawn, but their customer service is not good. Would not recommend for regularly scheduled appointments.

To cut grass at the back of the house requires a hand mower as there is no way to get a ride on mower there. We have two dogs who are inside the house. Will bark a lot but as long as I know when to expect you, I will make sure they do not go out.
