This Pro's Story
I'm 53 years old and I'm very active and love doing outside work. I also do a lot of handyman or maintenance type of work, drywall repair, interior and exterior painting, tile, hardwood and other types of flooring, but I've been doing landscaping and design and lawn maintenance for many years, since I was a young man. My mother actually had 3 huge greenhouses that she grew exotic plants and did landscaping for several restaurants and a couple of the fences in neighborhoods in Oklahoma City, and Moore area. And she ran her own business building custom greenhouse, which we had a contract with the board of education and built large 70 by 60 ft. greenhouses for a lot of highschool all over the place like Tennessee, Georgia, and Arizona Just to name a few, as well as several smaller residential one too. so I've been doing landscaping and lawn maintenance off and on for a long time.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
5 years this time around.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I'd have to say that my flower beds stand out. I try to work as fast as I can but I still care what my work looks like so I take a little time to get a great finished service.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
If you like honest and hard working lawn guys my crew is a great fit. If you are wanting to do something different and show off then give us a shout if I can't get it figured out my mom can. lol and that's who I got my green thumb from. We will always work hard to satisfy are customers idea of greatness.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I like creating something beautiful, and I like the smiles and grateful looks on my customers face. I love nature and green is my favorite color.
What areas do you mainly service?
I've mainly been doing a lot of just lawn maintenance this last year but this coming summer I would like to have a comfortable medium between lawn services and landscaping and design, I'd like to start doing some flower bed ponds with little waterfalls and lots of beautiful plants and shrubs that make a great roadside appeal.
