Fence is small, the patio has weeds growing out of it but

Access to back yard through side gate. Would like mowing services for both front and back yards, as well as edging. Dog is an indoor pet, but we'd like the gate to be closed at all times.

Fence is 6 ft tall and is usually locked. Would just need a heads up when service is about to happen in order to unlock gate.

The area that needs mowing is just between the sidewalk and street.

The front yard (where the sidewalk is) has a fence around it. Please make sure to mow that lawn too.

The only area that is needed to be mowed is the front. The area is connected to the house next door, however, I just want the area that is within my house address mowed.

There’s a fence but the gate remains unlocked. Dogs are occasionally outside but as long as I know people are coming, I can keep them inside.
