Small lot, backyard/sideyard only, small front section that needs to be cut as well

Very small lawn. About 7ft by 15ft feet in from of the door and about 3ft by 20 feet on the side of the house. Apart from mowing and trimming, need ideas on how to make it look better over time.

Unit is on the corner. There is a small 1.5 ft x 25 ft section outside along the sidewalk. On the inside edge of the sidewalk is an iron style fencing. Inside the fencing there is roughly 6 ft x 30 ft of grass. All of this needs to be knocked down!

The backyard will need to be cut as well as the front lawn.

I need front yard and back yard. Back yard has a pool and garden, so this area is small.

Back fence is broken from hurricane Harvey, dobits,easy access through there.

Just the two ditches in front of the house is all. I would like the grass and weeds cut down low and the edge along the side walk edged.

We like the grass kept a little taller to build a nice strong root system which will weather the heat in the deep summer. We do have a dog, but she is mostly indoors. Once we pick a day, she will be kept inside on the day you plan to mow.

Pedestrian gate sink really large mower. Also pool so would like clippings to not end up in pool. I do it want dirt showing between grass and bed. I want the grass to go right up to the rock edging.

The gate to the back yard is old, please be careful opening and closing it. Please make sure it is closed, if the latch does not work, just make sure it is closed.

We are just interested in having the lawn cut and edged for now, may decide to add more later.

1st time - mow only 2nd time - pull weeds, trim bushes/shrubs, etc.

Long grass due to just moving into the house just need someone to mow front and back every few weeks
