How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
Been mowing yards since I was 8 years old. Had my own business as a teenager before entering the military. Now that I'm in my fifties with a teenage daughter I'm starting the business again to teach her the basics of running a business and providing good customer service.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I'm an old school person, my handshake is my word. A good days work for a good days pay is how I was raised and how I'm raising my daughter.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Be honest and up front in what you're looking for. I am not a horticulture specialist. I can proved a good quality cut, ending, hedge trimming, and blow of all clippings.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I really enjoy the freedom that running my own business provides. I love seeing the finished product and being able to pass the knowledge and skills that it takes to reach that finished product onto my daughter.
