Chris was incredibly unreliable. He had a million excuses as to why he would miss an appointment. Literally everytime I would have service scheduled he canceled it and put a note that "the customer cancelled." Sometimes he would come later after I had to message him and then lately he stopped coming at all. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Sabrena, As I mentioned before last season, that area is just a little too far for us and we're phasing out a few things. Please understand that route density is key in our line of work otherwise it just doesn't work. I did give you a heads up though I just don't think you remember. it was a little while ago, but to leave a bad review just because you're upset we can't go that far anymore is just a little harsh in my opinion. whenever we were over that way I tried to make sure you were taken care of. We're just not in that area anymore.
