The actual work that was being done was very good work. Why I am giving them a bad rating was due to their customer service. I asked for an additional service to be completed and received what I thought was a fair price for weed removal. Alejos only completed part of the work and when I pointed to my numerous communications with them via text about what else should’ve been included they asked for an additional price to finish the job. I tried showing my text and they would not acknowledge that they ignored it. Once I told them I told nevermind and to forget it and I am not going to go back and forth with them over this issue, they quickly cancelled all future services without any communication to me. I am more than willing to work something out but if this is the type of customer service I would receive going forward then definitely good to move on in our separate paths.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?

I started lawn maintenance in the summer of 2018. I was also working another full time job but then as I started getting more experienced I decided to make this a full time job. I have properties I do all over Illinois. I offer tree trimming, bush trimming, weeding, weed control, fertilizer, seed, gutter cleaning and I also do other landscaping services depending on what you want done.
