How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I started working at golf course at age 14 so to say the least 25+ years in lawn care maintenance residential and commercial. I started playing golf at the early age the age of 10 and from working on the golf course it allowed me to play golf at no cost anytime that I wanted. I'm sure most of you know that golf courses are beautiful, with breathtaking scenery well manicured landscapes and just an all around peaceful environment. From working on the course I was able to sharpen my landscaping skills up nicely and throughout the years I carried it along with me and still apply them to my daily routine each and every day. I began working where's a lawn maintenance company while having the pleasure of living in the beautiful North West, Tacoma, Washington just outside of Seattle. I was there for 4 years and my last 2 years I was a crew leader for the company that I worked with prior to moving back here to North Carolina. I immediately jumped back into what I loved, was on the grounds crew at Gates Four Golf & Country Club. Eventually decided to get back with the company and residential and commercial lawn maintenance and landscape design. It wasn't long and I was covering for men and then one day around the time of the pandemic decided to take a leap of faith and try this thing on my own, and I am standing strong today and steady growing, satisfying customers each and every day, leaving a lasting impression on everything I step foot on, treating every property the same as it is my own, leaving nothing untouched and always trying to do better today than I did the day before and do better tomorrow than I did today, and I keep that mindset each day and give all the glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving me the opportunity to be in the position I am today, a three-time brain aneurysm survivor, a broken back with a closed head injury I suffered in a motor vehicle accident back in April 1999. Well I would just like to thank you for taking the time and reading this and looking forward to possibly meeting you and adding you to my list of wonderful clients.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Quality at its best . We treat all properties as they are my own. Nothing goes untouched. 25 years and counting and operate the same way everyday.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
You get what you pay for. If you want quality service at a great rate, then we are the one. Satisfying customers everyday. Cheap is not always better, but I can definitely stand on my word and my work that I'm cheaper than just about all, and I am better than all in my opinion.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Being outdoors and the look of the beauty after freshly cut lawn. I love laying down at night knowing that I left a lasting impression on the lawns I serviced and my customers are happy.
