How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
Hello, my name is Rodney Emonet. My company name is Emonet's Lawn Salon LLc. We service areas of Iberia, St. Mary, Lafayette, Vermillion and other parishes in South Central Louisiana. I started my company after I was laid off from the oil and gas industry after 14 years of being away from home. Missing birthdays, holidays, family events and half of my children's lives got the best of who I want to be. Being home, and being with my family, trying to make your homes look great in the process is not only rewarding, but relieving as well. We offer lawn maintenance year round, landscape maintenance and design, tree removal, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, total property clean up, fertilize and more. Whether it would be commercial, residential, HOA full neighborhoods, apartments, hotels, restaurants! We serve and will make you proud on them ALL!! I'm very communicative with all potential and current customers to give you a well rounded peace of mind that your property will make a lasting difference in your community. My dedication and resilience to make myself and others around me better is my hobby! Give us a chance, you won't regret!
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I like how every property is different, and the interaction with my customers when they see the effort and quality one shows to get their things the way they want them done.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
In south Louisiana, mother nature is unforgiving. We strive to make every day, hour, minute, second the best that we can to satisfy ALL of our customers. Please, don't be fooled by the low rating on ANY lawn care business, because sometimes appointments have to be set back in order to provide quality work. Sometimes mother nature, again sets back appointments. Doesn't mean that the lawn care business you hire won't be the last one you'll have to look for.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I've been in business for about 1 year. My kids and wife inspired me to start my business because being away is hard. Watching over a screen is hard. Getting calls with details of how ball games, dance recitals, school, feelings is not a quality way of life. I wanted to be home, doing what I love, and one day pass it down the line to my son to make sure it makes an impact on not only myself and my customers, but the people around me.
What areas do you mainly service?
Not only is quality a huge part of our business, but we also are willing to dig deep and do work that goes beyond the normal services that are required by lawn and landscape maintenance.
