Pick up pine cones, limbs, etc., as apart of cut. Trim bushes/hedges, spray for weeds and clean curbside

There’s a front yard with a path leading up to the house and to the gates of the fenced yard. Both the front and back yard need cut. There’s a code to a padlock to get into the backyard.

Please cut and trim the small front yard and the patch of grass in the back yard. Fence is not locked. If you could cut down the weeds some that would be great!

Yard has not been mowed this season it is high might need to be cut a few times. Backyard just cut about 10 foot from house. Will need to discuss clearing back in the future.
