Great job last time on mowing and edging the lawn, especially since the lawn was wet from the rain and the grass was long. This time we would like you to mow the front and back and then cut the weeds around the edge of the backyard. For this you should only need a lawn mower and weed whacker. Started investing in real estate with a new business name and actually networked with enough homeowners to start taking care of their homes and yards. I love this kind of work and main goal is to make the yards look very neat and clean.

My work is appreciated and I can enjoy it everyday. Flexibility is highly beneficial to my lifestyle as a real estate investor.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

I am in the Portland Oregon metro area. My day is mostly spent in the NE Portland neighborhoods to Clackamas/Oregon City.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

3 years in business at this time. Plan to grow the business more and help customers all across the Portland Metro. The joy of cleaning around the yard is really what got me started. The interest turned into a business.

What areas do you mainly service?

My goal is to service costumer's yards with my battery operated equipment. Quieter, easier to handle and operate without all the oil and gas use. I believe this allows for efficiency and a cleaner final look without much effort for cleaning at the end of the job.
