Yard was not properly mowed. Grass left in my trash can with no bag. Multiple services canceled and notated as “homeowner cancelled” when I did not.
Tom's communication was great and our grass was very tall so we paid an extra fee for the inconvenience. I was very disappointed in the end result of my lawn. It was uneven, the lawn clippings were left in the back yard and no edging had been done. I texted him and got a prompt repose that he would come back the next day to correct it, which he did...sort of. He cleaned up the patio (I'll ignore the part about my patio furniture being thrown around) and left the lawn as it. I'm still kind of in shock that he would leave the lawn looking as he did knowing his name would be tied to it.
