This Pro's Story
Hey folks, I'm a 58 years young man doing what I love to make ends meet. I was born in Louisville KY. And moved to Georgia in 1978. I was raised by a single mom who taught myself and my younger brother to work for what we want.
How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
I started being taught by my grandfather at around 6 years old. He was the head groundskeeper at the largest cemetery in Louisville ky. To him anything less than perfection was a waste of time. Having been trained to his standards to this day the same is true. If it isn't done right it done. Failure is not an option. My company is Dependable Services. I serve the community of Paulding county and surrounding area.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
I like to think I give every client the service that I would expect to get on my own property or even more. I enjoy looking at the work I have done and feeling like my day was productive.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
Look at their experience. Don't hire based solely on cost. Make sure they are insured. If your gut feeling isn't right stay away.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I've been doing this fifty years. It's the most enjoyable thing I can imagine and I wouldn't change a thing
What areas do you mainly service?
Paulding and west Cobb. Dallas,Hiram,Kennesaw,powder springs,Marietta. I will however service other areas if needed and it makes sense.
